Module 1

Hi, I’m Antonina and I’m a busy Ant. Most of my friends and colleagues call me Ant because one syllable is easier than four. I teach four days at a fabulous school and occasionally teach environmental sessions at Bi-centennial Park at Olmpic Park, Sydney. Currently, I am the president of KOALA – Kids Own Australian Literature Awards. These awards are the children’s choice book awards in NSW. We encourage NSW kids to tell the world about the best Aussie books. I’m an outdoor person: I love nature, gardening, fishing, travelling, kayaking, walking. When I grow up, I’d like to be a less busy ant and write a book.
